My name is Antoine Rauis and I am the owner of the « Collection'heure » (meaning the « Collect'hour »).
As you will realize below, my cursus is somewhat original.

My professional education is that of a Lawyer who graduated with the highest honours of the Brussels University and who was Teaching Assistant at such University.

However, after four years as a Lawyer in a major business law firm of Brussels, I decided to live for and from my passion and consequently dedicated myself to the world of the second hand watches.

The least I could say is that I do not have any regret !

This sector is indeed very particular and developing very quickly.

- Very particular because it is the scene of many hustles, be it via internet or not, what strengthens the position of reliable and reputated actors.

- Quickly developing since people tend to realize that it is often more interesting to buy a recent second hand watch for several reasons :

• the price, of course ;
  
• the fact that a properly worn watch does not get damaged or used, inversely to a car for instance ;
  
• the one year guarantee offered on our watches and the unequalled after sale service ;
  
• the fact that we buy back the watches that we have sold with a ridiculously low discount, what enables people to regularly change of watch at a low cost.

I am not an official agent, dealer, representative whatsoever of any brand what, on one hand, prevents me from offering the services depending from these networks but, on the other hand, provides me a full freedom (with respect to prices or services) and an independence that guarantees you an non-orientated advise.

My shop/company is established in Brussels, Belgium but I have a strong network or correspondents located in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Holland, in the U.S.A, in Hong Kong and in the Middle East. I also travel all around the world for the main watchfairs/auctions/meetings which gives me the global picture on this market.

As a consequence, I can provide you with any watch or model at very attractive conditions. Furthermore, we receive dozens of proposed watches everyday - we can't buy them all but we can keep our eyes open for you ! So please, feel free to ask.
