A. In the store
The most ideal and pleasant is to come into our store in the centre of Brussels on the famous Avenue Louise (only 5 minutes from the Thalys and Eurostar train station and only 15 minutes from the airport). Our professional team will be pleased to warmly welcome you. You can pay by electronic transfer, credit card, debit card, bank card with no limit and in cash up to 15,000 €.
B. By correspondence/Online
If you cannot come into the store, you can buy online by:
- Making an electronic transfer to our bank account,
- Once our account has been credited, we will send you the watch (at your own risk and cost) the following business day in a traceable and insured package via the company of your choice: DHL, FEDEX, UPS or La Poste.
- If you are in Paris or Knokke, we can personally deliver your watch to you when we make our weekly visit.
Your security: our honesty
We know how stressful it can be to send off money “into the wild”. There is no obvious answer to this question given that this fear is certainly legitimate.
We can only assure you that this is not a sting operation and that we keep all our promises… ten years of business in this sector without the least problem is surely the best proof. Please do not hesitate to visit forums and discover all the good that our clients think of us.

- All of our photos are without touch-ups… as opposed to many of our competitors… no bad surprises as to the state of our watches, you get what you see.
- If the watch does not correspond with the objectively agreed qualities, we will reimburse you upon return of the watch. If the watch is not pleasing to you for subjective reasons, you can return it and you will receive a gift certificate for the full amount.
- A flesh and blood person who can be contacted at the store 6 days a week to answer all of your questions.
- No sales patter or charlatan’s smooth talk, we handle a large volume of business and our objective is to serve you quickly, well and transparently, even advising you to postpone your purchase if we do not have the right watch for you (we do not want any “boomerang” deals).

Please do not hesitate to propose your timepieces to us, as an exchange or as a pure and simple sale. Send us an email with a few photos and we will send you a firm offer within 24 hours.
We always try to close our deals and generally we pay a better price than others due to our business model “small profit margin – large volume”.
Repairs - Restorations - Appraisals
We can also maintain, repair, restore, polish, clean or make an appraisal of your watch (we do this, notably, for insurance companies), whether the watch comes from our store or not, for a price well below the manufacturer's price and in a much shorter time.
Guarantee
Each one of our watches
- has a one year guarantee for parts and labour for any technical and/or functional problems;
- is 100% guaranteed to be authentic and original (no forged, modified or replica watches);
- is guaranteed not to be stolen and to come from a certified source, traceable and certain (in collaboration with the manufacturers and the Police).
In the case of the application of a guarantee for a technical problem, we entrust the watch to one of our three qualified and certified master watchmakers. Our watchmakers work only with original manufacturer's replacement parts and equipment as specified by the manufacturers or of a better quality (and they often work more quickly). No half measures for us!
Investing in collectible watches?
Crises in the stock markets, banks, real estate, the euro, Countries, Europe… etc. The disillusionment after 2008 gave rise to a new phenomenon: people want to invest in something tangible, something real: gold, paintings, old cars, watches…
The specificity of investing in collectible watches resides in its unbelievable potential for appreciation and in its perennial stability which make it a "safe" investment.
Indeed, by definition there exist only a specific number of “collectors” watches, the offer is limited. On the other hand, the number of collectors (= the demand) continues to rise all over the world.
The best proof of the increasing interest in the “collector” watch is in the fact that the most well-known brands (Rolex, Patek, Omega, Jaeger LeCoultre or Vachron) continue to bring back legendary models with the goal of selling new watches. But nothing will replace the “original”, the “real one”.
The Indians and the Chinese have entered this market and now compose almost two-thirds of the buyers of the biggest watches in auction houses. Investment funds of several million Euros were created in 2010. And one can understand them, there is simply no example of a mythic piece whose value has depreciated over the past ten years. On the contrary, certain Rolex or Patek models have doubled in price over the past 10 - 15 years.
And all this, for the enjoyment of wearing the desired object without restriction nor complicated management, as opposed to other investments such as, for example, paintings or old cars (storage, insurance, repairs…). In brief, the best package possible: “protection of capital/return on investment/enjoyment”. Passion has become reason!
